Shopperxxmart offers a 14 days return policy post-delivery for items that are eligible. Some items sold on marketplace are eligible for returns. Return options may vary depending on the seller, item or reason for the return.

Grocery & Perishable products: Food & Beverages (Fresh and Frozen food, Dairy & Eggs, Bakery et al).
Health & Personal Care
Live Animals and Agricultural products
Hygiene products.
Digital products.
Customised products.

Return Information
When a return request is made within the timeframe of 14 days, the process begins immediately. Please include pictures of the delivered items showing all faults as evidence. When the returned item is received, we will validate it and communicate to you appropriately. This will depend on the fulfilment method used in delivering the item (Seller fulfilment or Shopperxmart fulfilment).
Return Package
Items should be returned exactly in the same condition that it was received. Make sure the original labels, tags, and packaging are all intact. When returning digital or software items, all seals must be as it was delivered and not be removed.
Products not eligible for return
Some product categories listed above are not eligible for return due to some certain reasons and for customer safety.
If you have a change of mind when you have purchased any of these categories, then you are not eligible for a return or refund.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, non – authentic (Fake) or wrong item etc. then you are eligible for a return and refund.
Any item damaged by the customer after delivery will not be accepted and refunded.
Items used or worn after delivery will not be accepted and refunded, example clothing
Shipping Terms for Returns
Shipping cost will depend on the reason the item is being returned. If the item is defective, damaged, non – authentic (fake), not as described or wrong item, the seller will be responsible for the return. But if it’s due to the buyer’s change of mind, the buyer will be responsible for the return.
Refunds
Refunds will be made only when a return has been received and approved. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days back to your bank account or whichever payment method used at the point of sale.
Exchange
Exchange is not permitted by Shopperxmart but you can return an item for colour or size exchange and place a fresh new order
