Buyers FAQs
Individuals or Business Owners can create an account on the platform. Click on register at the top right-hand corner of the home page and input all the relevant information.
A welcome email will be sent to your email address with your username.
As part of the registration process, email address is required and you will have to create a password. Sellers will need to provide specific documentation to comply with legal and platform-specific requirements. Below is a breakdown of the key documentation required:
1. Proof of Identity (For Individuals or Business Owners)
- Acceptable Documents:
- Passport
- Driver's License
- National Identity Card (if applicable)
- This is required to verify your identity and ensure compliance with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering laws.
2. Proof of Address
- Acceptable Documents:
- Utility Bill (issued within the last 3 months)
- Bank Statement
- Council Tax Bill
- The proof of address ensures that you have a registered and verified address for correspondence.
3. Business Registration Details
- Certificate of Incorporation, Company Registration Number (CRN), Partnership Agreement.
4. Bank Account Details
- You’ll need a UK-based bank account for receiving payments.
- Documentation may include:
- A recent bank statement (with your name or business name)
- Bank account verification letter
6. Product Documentation (for Specific Categories)
For certain regulated products, you may need additional licenses or certifications. These may include:
- Alcohol: Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme (AWRS) Number
- Food Products: Food Business Registration or Hygiene Certificate
- Cosmetics: Product Safety Certifications, including compliance with UK Cosmetics Regulations
- Healthcare Products: Licensing from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
- Tobacco Products: Tobacco Retail Registration and compliance with local laws
- Electrical Products: CE/UKCA Marking Certificates for safety compliance
Documents provided during registration will be verified according to the law before an account is fully opened.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account(s), limit access to our service, with or without prior notice, in the event of infringement of our terms and conditions
Account can be reactivated upon request when all issues concerning suspension of your account have been resolved, by contacting us via email or contact Us.
Yes, you may at any time cancel your account. You will need to re-register as a new seller or service provider in order to sell on our platform again.
You can list your services in all categories depending on subscription plan.
A well detailed step by step instructions are arranged on our platform at your proposal
First create an ad listing by clicking on Post Your Ad, Fill in all the compulsory fields (product type, category, contact details) and enter a detailed description of the product to be advertised, include clear images, select a subscription plan if required and submit, wait for approval from the admin within 48 hours, then the product will be published.
Bank transfer, Credit or Debit card and PayPal.
Don't panic, your ad is under review by the admin. When everything is okay, it will be published in 48hrs.
Pay attention to details
Make your ad simple and straight forward, pay attention to details by writing a good and detail description, use clear and quality image of your product.
Attract Potential buyers and make your ad risk free
Provide a discount to buyers and organise sales. Make sure the product advertised is as described, avoid requesting for money in advance, arrange an efficient delivery service that allows buyers to pay after they inspect the product.
Stay in touch
Be available online all the time, answer your phone, don’t delay responding to customers that needs answers before they purchase an item, be proactive.
Monitor feedbacks
Request feedbacks from customers about their experience throughout the transaction with you. The more positive reviews you get, the higher your chances of attracting more buyers.
Promote ads to get up to 1000x more customers
By promoting your ad, your item will be seen by 1000x more customers as they will be at the top of the page. Choose a suitable subscription plan to boost your chances of being seen by the public.
Prohibited products such as counterfeit, illegal or unsafe should not be listed for sale, we have zero tolerance regarding this. Any seller that lists such will have their relationship with us terminated, we might take further legal action when required.

Restricted products can be sold on our marketplace only if you fully comply with applicable rules, including the laws and regulations of the UK Government. Some of these products are regulated by authorities such as the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), Food Standards Agency (FSA), Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD).
Certain restricted products may require sellers to obtain local licenses, permits, or meet other specific requirements before listing or selling them. Examples of such products include alcohol, food, drugs, cosmetics, tobacco, items subject to export control, and others.
While we recognize the role of the relevant authorities, such as the FDA, in regulating the manufacturing, distribution, sale, importation, and exportation of restricted products, we require all sellers listing products in these categories to have valid registration documentation.
Failure to comply with these requirements, including listing or selling restricted products without proper licensing, will result in penalties as outlined in our policies.
Ads maybe declined if you do not follow our ads publication policy set out on the platform. In order to make your ads feasible and approved in a timely manner, adhere strictly to our policy. It will take 1 - 3months before your ads will be deleted automatically or when you decide to deactivate it from our system.
Ads that have not made a sale can be updated
When a buyer leaves a negative feedback, try as a matter of urgency to contact the buyer to resolve their concern and work towards a resolution.
You can respond to the feedback by explaining the steps taken in resolving the problem.
Please note that your response will not change your feedback rating as buyers will see your explanation when they check feedback review, your response cannot be edited or deleted after submission.
Buyer’s leave feedbacks due to their experience during the shopping process. When a
buyer’s feedback violates our policy, please submit a request for Shopperxxmart to
check and remove the feedback.
Shopperxxmart can only remove offensive language and feedback that includes
personal privacy information when requested.
Anyone from the age of 18 years old can create an account on the platform. Click on register at the top right-hand corner of the home page and input all the relevant information.

You can unsubscribe from email notification by opening your email and click unsubscribe next to the sender’s name.
Click the language box at the top of the home page and choose your preferred language.
You can contact the seller through your account on Shopperxxmart platform by chat, phone or email.
Please be aware that due to high volume of orders, some sellers may not respond on time. If the reason for contacting the seller is for general enquiries, you can try leaving a message again.
If due to an item purchased, try to leave a message again but if no response after the timeframe allowed, open a dispute and we will resolve the issue appropriately.
Customer service can be contacted by phone or through the contact section,
send a message by filling all mandatory field and a staff will respond as soon as
one is available.

Search for an item
Products can be searched by category or keyword depending on what you are looking for and to limit your search. you can use location to get sellers around you.
Contact a seller
You can contact the seller through your account on shopperxxmart platform by chat, phone or email. Organise a face-to-face meeting with the seller to discuss about the item and negotiate the price.
Buy your item or order a delivery
Meet the seller in a public place, check the item thoroughly, when you are happy pay for it, take your item or order a delivery and pay when received.
Leave feedback about the transaction with the seller
Write feedback to share your experience after your transaction with the seller, so that other buyers can learn from you.
Illegal activities on the platform should be reported immediately upon discovery. Please contact our customer service team via phone or through the contact section. Ensure you fill in all mandatory fields and provide a detailed description of the suspected illegal activities.
Products or items can be reported by clicking on Report an abuse on the listing page and send a message to the admin
After every sale the customer can leave feedback depending on their experience
and satisfaction during the transaction between both parties (buyer – seller).
Feedbacks are left within 60 days after an order have been received.
Feedback submitted cannot be revised. However, you are able to reply seller's feedback to show your satisfaction of the service provided.
There are two ways a Job applicant can search for work on the platform;
By browsing the Job Centre Category from the homepage or from the search bar ''select category'', choose your option and apply for the job.
Publish your CV
Click on the Post your ad button at the right corner of the home page.
Choose Job Seeker's Category and fill in all the compulsory fields (product type, contact details) and enter a detailed description of the product to be advertised, include clear images and submit. Admin will check the posted ad. If everything is fine, the advert will be made live and you will be notified via email.
How to search for candidates on shopperxxmart classified to hire:
Search for CV's
Employers search the job seeker's category from the home page or from the search bar “select category”, choose a category and search for CV's.
